Michael has more than 20 years of real-world experience in the accounting and finance industry, delivering business advisory & restructuring, CFO outsourcing, tax preparation & strategy, and board of director services to a diversified client base within a variety of industries throughout the entire Chicagoland area. 

 

One of his most notable accomplishments was the creation of an income tax preparation company, which experienced organic growth to over 400 clients, of which approximately 80% were sold to and acquired by another professional services firm.  He retained the other 20%, which consists of family, friends, and close business associates along with their family members.     

 

Michael’s professional resume includes Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for two scrap metal recycling companies, Vice President of Finance for an industrial and automotive lubricant blending, packaging, and distribution company, Regional Controller & Senior Accountant for the nation’s largest towing company, and General Manager, Senior Accountant, & Treasury Accountant for the nation’s largest parking company.

 

He is devoted to creating measurable value, promoting transparent marketability, discovering & reversing operational inefficiencies, and improving overall financial performance.  The primary testament to success has been his proven ability to identify material concerns, effectively communicate findings, and develop analytical but financially-sound recommendations.

 

Michael earned his Accounting degree from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, Illinois.
