He served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for two scrap metal recycling companies, Vice President (VP) of Finance for an industrial and automotive lubricant, blending, packaging, and distribution company, Regional Controller & Senior Accountant for one of the nation’s largest towing and municipal impound facility management companies, and General Manager, Senior Accountant, and Treasury Accountant for one of the nation’s largest parking companies.

Some of Michael’s most notable professional accomplishments include the formation and sale of an income tax preparation business and saving another company more than $500,000 on a union benefits audit.

His areas of expertise focus on creating measurable value, promoting transparent marketability, discovering & reversing operational inefficiencies, and improving overall financial performance. The main testaments to his success have been sound business acumen combined with demonstrated abilities to recognize material concerns, develop cost-effective solutions & strategies, and lead customized presentations for board of directors, executive officers, management teams, and shareholders.

Michael graduated from Saint Xavier University in Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
